Have you come across a DV...Interesting post, Lisa! Have you come across a DVD 'Blancanieves'? It's a new, award-winning retelling of Snow White in a black-and-white, silent film format. It's set in southern Spain in the 1920s with a bull fighting background. The bullfighting theme would not be to everyone's taste, very melodramatic, but it's certainly a different version of the classic fairy tale. (It was a Christmas present from our son as he enjoyed it himself and thought we would too).
