We are in the middle of selling off my grandparents' property and it is heartbreaking though necessary. Probably not many people have access to that much land to explore but I know every inch and the thought of never being able to really go back is hard. First world problems and what not but hard is hard. I am curious about this one though I agree about not being satisfied with the "it's a start". I think I might go audio on this one!
