The kid's voice was not realistic. It...I agree. The kid's voice was not realistic. It's like the author had never been around kids her age or something. <br />Overall I was not all that impressed with the book. It got me thinking about what the author was trying to say. I know that reverse racism is a thing where whites go our of their way to make it seem like they are in full support of people of color but I didn't even get that from this story either. Not really.
